Lots of great shops and people.

If you want to progress into wreck and technical diving I would suggest developing a relationship with a company/instructor that can start you off with end goal in mind.

Miami Technical, James can take you all the way and dives all over S Florida.

Force-E scuba, talk to the training director Alec (he is in the Boca shop but they have a Pompano shop as well) and he can set your course.

Horizon Divers in Key Largo can take you all the way and they dive wreck pretty much daily.
