The location of an exhaust valve is rather important. If it is too far forward on the arm, it is difficult to get the suit to vent. If it is too far back, you have to close the valve to retain gas in the suit.

Any tips on finding that sweet spot? I relocated my cuff dump (si-tech low profile) up to the forearm but have a seam running right down the midline of the arm. This means the valve will be offset about 1.25 inches from the midline, either back towards the tricep, or in towards the bicep- which direction would you suggest?

I ended up going back towards the tricep since, once the suit is on, placing it more towards the bicep would have left it facing slightly down. I havent tested it yet but figured the relatively small off-set wouldnt matter too much

Cheers
