Insert Poll

Is there anyway to insert a Poll in the middle of thread?

I am not OP on that thread, but I would like to take a poll on that thread without opening the new thread.

Please let me know if there is anyway to do.

The location doesn't matter. I mean "can I add a poll anytime on the thread as NON-OP?"
