Info on the Seaguest brand + Dive computer

I've been searching around locally for a set of used regulators and a dive computer or SPG

I came this fellow selling the following:

- SeaQuest Mirage Regulator
- SeaQuest XR2 Regulator
- Sunto Cobra Dive Computer

I've been searching around for info on these two regulators, and haven't been able to find any information, the seaguest site takes me around in circles.


I'm very new to diving, so the more suggestions on what I should be looking for the better.

The pictures that I saw of this bundle also included a first stage - but it wasn't listed in the "included items" section.

Does a first stage normally come together with a secon stage?

Is the dive computer any good? The price was right but this is life support gear so I want to make sure I'm getting good equipment.


Dont hesitate to correct me, I'm here to learn so blast away if you think im looking for the wrong things!

I don't know about the regs, seaquest stopped producing their own line a few years ago. The computer is a very good suunto computer. It is air integrated, so you don't need anything else (Analog backups would not hurt in case of a problem, but if you check your battery prior to diving you should be ok). The 2nd stage is normally sold attached to the first stage, but not always, so it is important to check with the seller to make sure.
