What separate a great liveaboard from the rest? The answer is: the way how they deal with the crisis.
Tomorrow, April 19, 2020, my wife and I were supposed to board the beautiful Infiniti liveaboard for a trip to Tubbataha. The trip, however, has been canceled due to the coronavirus. And what the Infiniti did?
Ms. HK Bassi, their Director of Sales, immediately offered me two options:
1 - Full refund
2 - Reschedule the trip to 2021
I choose the Full Refund option, and in less than 24 hours after I provided my bank information, the full refund was transferred to my bank account.
Great service from a great company during the crisis!

I know for sure that in the future the INFINITI will be my liveaboard of choice.
