Indonesia Allows Private Vaccine Program to Quicken Rollout

If everything is running according to plan. Then this Christmas look pretty good promising.

At the moment and near future there are no vaccines available. An the target for this program is only 7.5 million doses. More than 6,600 firms have said they are keen on the program, which is set to need about 7.5 million doses, said State-owned Enterprises Minister Erick Thohir.

Hahahah....Indonesia has 270 million people. Indonesia is not really producing. People die all the time. Especially the old and/or sick. Probably in 99.9 % of the cases not related to any vaccine at all.

Indonesia included.
Thailand has reversed its original decision and will start the program on 16th Mar.

Indonesian Gov should donate those vaccines to certain private sector so they can charge anyone who is willing to pay!
Have to make some money from this outbreak for the well connected!

Cannot be used for the private sector and not for commercial purposes: AstraZeneca vaccine via the global COVAX vaccine-sharing programme.

Return them and I am pretty sure some countries will more than happy to accept it for FREE.
Thailand probably will.

Only has 6 months expiry date.

Offer them but do explain the small risk concisely.

I think that within a week all countries start using Astra Zeneca again or all countries will stop using them.

ALL is too strong a word.
Three vaccines are approved in HK: AstraZ, BioNTec and Sinovac.
So far 7 has died and all after injection with Sinovac.
