How many times have you experienced it yourself? You walk into a dive shop and you know you will be treated the way you want. But suddenly you realise that something changed. Staff isn't the same or something else feels weird.

I tried to write it down in two articles I just published on the net.

One is about the importance of professionalism in the diving industry in general whereas the other one focusses on the question what sustainable "quality" means in general and how this can be adopted to diving.
