i just bid on and won a light cannon off of ebay. i hate ebay its so addicting, make me feel good about my impulse buy tell me the pros and cons about the cannon o' light i did alot of research before buying but i wanna make sure i didnt miss any other good lights around the same price

It's very, very bright. The only light that's close to being in its category that I can think of is the Princeton Tec Shockwave LED, but that's a bit cheaper and definitely not as bright.

I think you will be happy with it.

thats a very reasonable light cinsidering the output it gives. only problem for me is its bulkiness

i already have a c8 i would assume they're the same size or is the light cannon bigger cuz the c8 is already bulky i couldnt imaging something bigger to juggle underwater as well as my camera

if i am not mistaken the cannon is slightly bigger

For lumens per dollar, I doubt it can be beat.

At first I liked mine more as a work light on land, but it is starting to grow on me as a dive light. It _is_ pretty bulky.

I figure eventually someone will come up with a kit to convert it to a cannister light. Once that happens, the economies of scale with the bulbs and ballasts will do nice things to the prices of cannister lights.
