Whatever happened to SeaJay? Congratulations on your class!

Ignore the naysayers. Most of them are Internet DIR wannabe's that don't have the stones to take the class. Probably to afraid to take the beating their level of diving deserves.

Have fun, relax, breath in, breath out and repeat as needed. You will learn so much from the class if you keep your composure and don't get overly frustrated. Plenty of time to beat yourself up on the drive home after the class. :) I felt reborn after I took the class. It has taken my enjoyment of diving to another level (not to mention my skills to the next level). Can I get an AMEN!!?

Nah...like my blue mask and fins....don't like arrogance, but I do think alot of it makes sense.

Whatever happened to SeaJay?

He's still diving in Beaufort, SC. He dives for shark teeth in the creeks in South Carolina, and we go offshore in my boat and we dive the local wrecks off Hilton Head. He got kicked off scubaboard for some reason. I forgot, or didn't listen to what he told me. lol

congratulations on your plunge ;) I loved my fundies class and am still learning to put it all into practice 18 months later.

SeaJay's post on his fundies experience influenced a lot of us - tell him thanks.

Aloha, Tim

Cool, Thanks. The diver formally know as SeaJay will be practicing with me.

Tell SeaJay hi... there's still some of us who remember him... He has an awesome DIR-F write up floating around the web.... a definite must read for DIR-F students

Yeah SeaJay is real proud of the writing he did on that class. If anyone is in the Lowcounty of SC, we love taking people out to dive. We did a night dive on the Betsy Ross with Henryville and his daughter last Friday which was awesome. Saw a couple huge loggerheads and all kinds of sealife.

We believe it was the first night dive ever done on the Ross since she's been down there for 30 years. It was cool.

Henryville is an oustanding GUE diver as well.
