The first night of calls was good .. only 3 of us in the class so it was nice.
we went over regulators took them all a part and went over each part. 1st and 2nd stage. took about 3hrs. i liked it .. lots of info on how they work and how they dont work

you are very fortunate.
i recently took this class down in richmond.
i was the only student.
i got nothing out of the 2 hr. class.
no gear was taken apart.
they basically "showed" me how they fill a tank and how to clean a bc.
that was it.
sounds like you got a good instructor from whom you will learn.

Did you then have the opportunity to dive the regulator?

no we did not when we got got to the class they gave us some regs to use.
They said like 10x this is a how it works class .. not a how to fix it at home class !!!
