Technically not Ottawa but Plongee H2O in Gatineau has a pool. It's about 25 min North of Center Town.

GDI:When you are there in the winter try a "Beaver Tail" down on the Rideau Canal
artw:if you want jet fins the only shop in town that sells them (AFAIK) is Burtons dive over in Vanier (beechwood/vanier parkway area)
Diving is a non-issue, 45-60mins to the best freshwater diving in the world
about 80minutes to the best dive shop in the world too![]()
