I'm looking for good resort, low cost in Costa Rica

My wife and I are looking at going to Roatan and are trying to decide between Coco View and Fantasy Island. She is a non-diver and wants to relax on a nice beach. If you know anything about either of these two resorts please tell me so we can decide which one will be the best for us.
Also, how much can we expect to pay for a beer?

I went to Fantasy Island last year. My wife is non-diver(not by choice) and for couple with non diver Fantasy Island is best. Has nice beach. Coco View is on key with no beach. Better place for diving but Fantasy Island is better if someone is not a diver. They have a tennis court also but better have a partner as there is not a wood wall on one end that someone could play by themselves. Also have kayaks which non diver can use
