I have a Bare XCD2 Tech Dry that when I got it had a neoprene neck seal. The neoprene neck seal, I found to be to stiff for my neck. So I sent it into Bare on Monday of last week ( May 2,2005 ) to get the neoprene neck seal replaced with a latex neck seal. I was kind of expecting it to take three or four weeks to get it back ( that was being positive, really I was expecting it to take even longer then that ), even though I live in the same city that Bare's head office is. Can you imagine my supprise when it showed back up at the dive shop on Friday ( May 6,2005 ). Well all I can say is I'm impressed with Bares after sales service.

Thats a nice story. Thanks for sharing. Word of mouth gets around and Bare will grab more market share.
