RecTriOx is the first part of Tech1... the nice part , apparently.

Through GUE, RecTriOx certified divers may complete specified classwork and dive skills to upgrade the cert to Tech1.

C'mon, toss that rec triox course and come down and do tech1 on grand cayman with us in March. I only have five weeks from now to whine that "I just can't do 'X' right -- I suck!" so it would be a shorter pain process
