The summer after 6th grade, I was at a church camp, hanging around in the afternoon with a group of girls by the camp store. A really cute guy that we had been admiring all week walked by in front of us, gave us the cool guy nod/slight smile, and promptly tripped over a hidden root on the ground. He face planted.
W knew we were watching the ultimate Joe Cool when, without ever looking over at us, he smoothly reached in front of him for the bible that he had been carrying, calmly opened it up, propped his elbows on the ground, and began reading while laying under that nice tree. What a smooth operator.
