Still have not seen a response from the seller after the buyers posting that the warenty will not be honored.
So now we fault the buyer for trying to be honest and doing the right thing?Well personally I believe it was a foolish and martyr like move to tell the warranty station that he was not the original purchaser. But then that is just me. I would rather have a camera that worked than play the victim.

ScubaSteve, I agree that it is more than likely that it is your twisted brain's interpretation. I do want a working camera, the sales slip did not have my name on it and the warranty station was EMPHATIC on that requirement. Yes I could have lied and said I was the original purchaser, of course I would have had to forge the documentation to do that, which I presume you feel is perfectly justified. Agenda? Get a life!
