Then I could make hurricane chimes. I'll mull this over as well.

Mulling is for Red Wines in winter time! STOP being a Tank Teaser and leave them with Jenny already!

If she can use 'em, I probably will, but I can't possibly not-mull.

Is there a liability issue here?

this is not legal advice, but just general thoughts.

if the tanks are VIP and hydro current, and you don't know of any dangerous
conditions of the tanks which are not apparent to the naked eye, then
i can't see any liability so long as you lend them only to certified divers.

basically, dont' be negligent in lending them out (to a non-certified diver,
or out of hydro or VIP, or knowing that they are damaged in some way)
and you should be ok.

should be ok.

anyone can sue you for anything these days, seems like

Its basically an industry around here. Where can I buy stock?

Actually, if they are at Jenny's they'd really get used and cared for often. Not only does she dive on a regular basis but some of us from other areas of the state come over and visit her and if there are tanks there that we can use it'd save a LOT of room in our vehicles when we travel that way. :)

That's great.

Remind me to bring my own tanks if I come down that way. I wouldn't want to run the risk of getting infected with "the speedo virus". :D
