Was not aware they did an adv rec trimix. My apologies. Had a look at the standards doc and would rather just go for normoxic IMO.

I agree. When I did my crossover the IT upgraded it to Adv Rec for no extra cost.
I've only taught it once. I think a better progression is Adv Eanx - Technical Nitrox - Full Mix.
The ART course is expensive and really just too cautious for my preference. ENDs of 24m but max depth of 48.
 
ART has value if you are a cave diver in Florida and unlikely to break 165ffw. If that was the direction I was heading, then I would be interested in the course, but my current horizon is 200ft, and it doesn't make sense to pay a $1000 for a class that grants me 15ft of depth over AN/DP, then pay another $1000 to get down to 200, hence my question.
