I know I keep asking but but can I get this stuff at home depot? I only have Sat. to work on this and a trip to Miami is a whole day thing with Easter around the corner.
"Traffic" I live in the middle Keys and that's a "long" drive just in it's self but add traffic and lots of it. I will never have them ready in time. Along with all the food and drinks and everything else I am doing for Sunday.
I know I might have stepped in to deep this time. But I'm no quitter I am going to do this..... Coffee I need Coffee.....lol

Oh that's just to funny.
I never thought I would be throwing away money in the ocean. LOL

You know it's a hard question when you post it on DIY and they can't even help you. LOL.

Home Depot gave me a bag of quick dry conceret mix, they said that would work. They gave it to me free just because I told them what I was doing. I hope this works. Got to go see

how about the golf ball idea, and use a marker to write a cash value, .25, $1, etc, then have the searchers cash them in?

here comes peter cotton tale, hopping down the bunny trail............

Duct tape and fishing weights work great!

or go to the local tire shop, bat your eyes and ask if you can have a few wheel weights. tape about 4 inches of fishing line to the egg and tie off to weight. or just strip the tape the width of the weight and attach it to the egg.

Just another thought for a plan B. Leave the $ in the plastic eggs and bring them along in a basket. Toss regular hardboiled eggs in the water. Have those who find the hardboiled eggs exchange them for a plastic egg with the prize in it. That way, no money or plastic is left out there. If regular eggs get lost, no big deal --- something will eat them.
