How about Lizard Island off of Australias east coast, Prez. Clinton stayed there and I've seen it listed in travel guides, it was too rich for me but the diving off Lizard island on our liveaboard was excellent.

Shangri-La Boracay Island Resort and Spa.

Diving is not the greatest in the Philippines, but I did have one of my best dives ever there.

Hotel is Very Nice, dive op is Very Professional.
