I Need A Ladies Perspective

Please help me find the right attire for a new diver.

I recently purchased the skin below for a family member who just started diving, and will be getting certified next week. What would you wear underneath this shirt while diving? I don't want her breast to be exposed through the garment, or am I over thinking it?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

I wear a long sleeve one piece swimsuit in SoCal, then on top maybe a fleece rashguard/sharkskin. For tropical diving I usually wear a two piece swimsuit, sometimes I'll even just wear a quick-dri sports bra, and then a rashguard over that sometimes.

A sports bra or a non padded bra without an underwire are my go-to's
