I quit 30 years ago. One of the hardest things I`ve ever done. My philosophy was and is that the craving for a cigarette will pass weather you smoke one or not. I always go with the not. Best of luck!

You can do it! You're over the worst of it. Just be careful around other smokers, especially when you're going through some stressful times.

Well, next Sunday it will be 2 months.
And I'm still going!
And watermelon helps when craving.
Or when the neighbor smokes in front of me :(

I still haven't told my parents though.
I wan't to be stronger and more confident when breaking the news. Maybe somewhere next month or so.

So proud of you. Quitting is the hardest thing that I've ever done. So worth it though. You must already feel the freedom.

Must say that I feel my respiration is cleaner.
And my bank account is happier as well.

Those are good things too but I meant the freedom from your body insisting that you have to stop whatever you are doing and go for a smoke.
