Never tried goat, but I do like lamb. Is it similar?

I've never had lamb at least I don't recall having it.
I doubt that it's similiar though david, just because the goats here are pretty hardy and roam everywhere for their food (lawns, private property, hills, mountains, litter. et cetera.)

Goat meat has an interesting texture it's firmer and a little bit harder to chew than chicken. But flavor wise I think it has the edge..

The old "tastes like chicken" eh? :D

Hehehe, yup. Doesn't everything.

So just because I feel like being gross and making all you guys go eeeew.

I'll tell you the ingredients of a local dish called 'Manish water' it's similiar to soup, but the contents are vastly different! :D :D

Do you use rubber boots or cliffs like the Welsh and Kiwis and their sheep?

 Jamaica, where men are men, and sheep are shakey.

Lol,lol not that I know of :).
Goats are pretty smart you know, I've seen them use pedestrian crossings and look both ways before crossing the street.

Road Kill Grill, my favorite.:07:

hmmm...I believe I know u. I have no idea, nor do I care to know, how u guys got from cliques to goat's. I think I would be willing to try the goat though. Hey David, ever been to Jamaica 4 diving? I found a cheap cruise in december so i just booked it what the heck. Can't let my dive stuff dry out from Aruba. P.S. if u haven;t been 2 Aruba don't go...diveing is very average. I would give it a 6 out of 10 but it was better than staying home!!!

How do u chop up a goats head? Run it over? Hit it with a sledge hammer? I mean how do u get through the skull?http://www.scubaboard.com/images/smilies/Standard Smiles/06.gif
