I did the Epcot dive a few years ago and thought it was very fun. It was cool to see my family on the other side of the windows. When I blew my wife a kiss a bystander commented to her how friendly the divers are. The kids also thought it was cool to see Dad diving. I did think the kneeling thing at the beginning was a bit odd, so I just hovered horizontal until we started swimming off for the tour.
