I can no longer PM - Can someone help?

I can no longer PM. When I logged in today, I wanted to privately reply to a person that had been told some bad stuff about a place he/she was about to visit. I wanted to give my opinion without flaming the person that wrote the bad review.

Any help is appreciated.

What error message do you get?

I checked your profile. Everything is fine with your account. Maybe the person you were trying to send a PM to, has their Pms turned off.
Send me their name and I will let you know.

It seems that the person I was trying to PM had PM turned off. I checked on a couple of other users and I'm OK.
