Slightly loosen an HP port plug, an LP plug, the HP balance chamber plug, or the DIN wheel? I was trying to reach the valve with different BPs and pressurized the first stage. I feel like Lucille Ball, but I thought I should ask for assistance.:shakehead:

Loosen a LP port - carefully. Let it hiss until the DIN wheel moves easily.

Loosen an LP port plug. CAREFULLY! When you start loosening it, aim it so that if it blows forcefully from the reg body it doesn't hit anybody or anything you don't want to break. Once you hear the hissing, let it sit until you can't hear the hiss any more, then loosen it a tad more.

Of course, it goes without saying that you should turn off the tank valve before waiting for the hissing to stop. :)

OK, here it comes. I've got it comming. Maybe a little sport will remind others not to act like Lucille Ball.

I've always wondered what the best way to deal with this would be. Thanks for being man enough to ask the question evad :)

Well I'm glad I asked; I was thinking HP low volume port.

Hearing and eye protection might be a good idea too.
