If you are older than 20, you should have enough life experience to recognize that what you may view as right and just is not always reflected in the outcomes from our legal system.

The incident in question was in Mexico, not the US, and I don't know of any authority anywhere in the world that can predict the outcome of any legal actions there.

LOL certainly can't disagree with that statement.
