Could anybody tell me what type of chamber they are using in CEBU, BATANGAS AND PALAWAN? Are they multiplace or monoplace chambers?

Uh, these guys are a little beyond those depths....
Use the contact numbers posted by PAOLOV. I heard two chamber sites were upgrading this year.....didn't hear when it would happen though.
