G'day guys and gals...
I have found a few things work when it comes to fogging. Even though the mask comes with a "USE NO TOOTHPASTE" warning... it is actually ok to use the stuff on the mask. As you would on any other flat mask.
The grittier the better. Then use Dawn or Palmolive. I have also used VO-5 shampoo on the mask... Johnson's Baby shampoo... the no tears one apparently works well!!
With the no fog goo that comes with the mask.. you know.. in the lunchbox the mask comes in...lol. Just use a little, so there is a fine film not a whole heap. And when you rinse it.. just dunk and drain quickly. Just make sure the mask is dry when u put it on first.
