Hydro Testing - Direct or LDS?

Well, I left my LP95 tank at Dive World on consignment. $200 and it's yours. I didn't get it hydroed. It's still current so they did a vis/fill. They swaped out the valve with a new one I had (the new valve came with a new tank I bought, but I wanted my old valve on the new tank). It's a DIN/Yoke combo valve. They also updated the burst disc. Mike said these tanks rarely fail hydro so he recommended no hydro until it's date is up.
