Has anyone done one recently? With all the gas in the area 
I would think there would be loads of places to have it done.

There used to be a place (about 6-7 years ago) out by the Pompano Club that did them for a decent price. I tried to look them up and came up with nothing though. There's a Simplex Grinnell in Beaumont (409) 832-9318‎ - they should do hydros.
