How to stop the Facebook popup from constantly popping?

It is probably an add-on you installed. Look at which browser extensions you have running.
Since there are no Pop-Ups on Scubaboard other than the PM alert, and the lightbox for images as attachments, I'm marking this as "Closed" since it's not a ScubaBoard related issue.
Below is the source code.
I get the same popup when I go to user CP and Edit Connections where the Connect to Facebook icon is located?
I have disabled all IE add ons.

Can you post a screenshot? The code you posted doesn't really help. This code is from the header which is on just about every page. With some minor differences.

You are using the "tablet style" not the regular style.

Yes the regular style is the same, I just changed to the Tablet style yesterday to see if it made any difference.
I dnt know what else to look at, so I reckon I'll just live with it, no one else seems to be having any issues so its bound to be something related specifically to me.

Did you try clearing cache and deleting cookies?
It also appears you're on an older version of IE... Which one is it, and what OS are you using?
