put 3 or 4 potatoes etc down the back of your wetsuit and ask if anyone has imodium (also works well on liveaboards)

I actually got in trouble for this! During rescue no less.

Surefire way to fail OW, complete the "warhammer" maneuver. If you don't know what that is, google deeprelief.jpg ... at your own risk
