I haven't dived with them, but I met one of their members during my last trip to Florida. You should be able to find some buddies through them.

Hmmmm, I would try to get a job as a "rent a buddy"! If you get to know the local sites, and can stay down long enough to keep "Joe vacation diver" happy, why not?
