I also went through and measured the O rings today when they arrived as Mcmaster has ones you can order for pennies a piece. Packages of 100 were less than $3 each, far more than I'll ever need but I'm sure to be a hit with all my friends!!

just beware of o-rings that may be too cheap. Remember what happened to the space shuttle! just sayin....
 
Thanks for the heads up! They're only cheap because you order them in bulk, you have your choice of any material you want including Viton.
