I have all 3 thicknesses of EverFlex suit. My 3/2 is a bit over 3 years old and still looks like new except for a bit of fading from using it a lot in the pool.

I'm 6' 1" and have ranged from 225 - 245 or so. XL was too small for me. XXL fits me very well over the whole weight range I've been at, though I have to say the 7/5 mm does feel a bit tight around the chest when I'm on the fat end of my weight range. The sleeves and legs are just slightly longer than necessary for me. I could probably do with an XXL Short, but they are not long enough to actually create any kind of problem at all.

XL in most other suits is what fits me, but with SP I definitely needed an XXL.

I kind of wish my 3 and 5 mm suits WOULD wear out. I would love an excuse to buy the newer EverFlex suits with the DiamondSpan lining. I have SP boots with the DiamondSpan lining and it does seem to increase the warmth. And, I think the newer EverFlex suits with DiamondSpan have the lining almost all the way down the arms and legs. I think that would make them even easier to don than my suits, which have the older yellow colored lining, which is only in the torso area.
