Thanks for posting that, mobeeno.

I was impressed with how quickly the 1st and 2nd stages could be assembled by someone who does it all day long; I'm, ummm, quite a bit slower than that :D

Best wishes.

Thats pretty cool. I feel so sad as it looks like they can do it blind folded as well hehe. Do a search on tank, bcd, and mares, they are pretty awesome as well. Oh, the scubapro Mk25 3D is sweet too!!!

I think they should ask the woman assembling the first stages to trim that French manicure back a little bit. I have to think she puts a fingernail through a diapragm every now and then.

I think back to the time when I had to figure out how a USD Micra went together (with help from the schematic) and I'm embarrassed. Even now it takes me a while to put them back together.

And where is that nifty sleeve and automatic press to put the seat/balance chamber/filter assy together on the first stage?? More than once I've cursed the designer of that first stage and the way it goes together!

That was a good post thank you. I have always wanted to learn about the regs. I would like to be able to service my own one day.

Hey...they left out the part where they add in "life support" to the reg!

:eyebrow:

:rofl3: :rofl3: Ohhhh, you are a baaaaaad man, RJP :D

I can't believe someone involved in advertising would intentionally torpedo the main selling point the industry has for "annual service".

You are indeed a rascal :D

Best wishes.

Well, If any of the reg manufacturers want to hire me and my team to help them get beyond "dey sum bad majik in dem regs" as a 'reason to believe' we'd be happy to do so. Super Bowl ads behind us, we've got some free time...

:)

I have one of those first stage tools. They are available from an outfit here in California named Scuba Instruments. You will have to call them because I don't think ther item is listed on their website. Yes, it is awesome.:D
