The video seemed to be done in an AquaLung factory.

Actually, the series of how scuba gear is made seems to cover quite an array of brand names. It might be that very little of this gear is actually made in a brand name owned factory but are actually manufactured in just a few overseas manufacturing facilities under contract with and to the specifications of the brand name that appears on the gear.
 
I have one of those first stage tools. They are available from an outfit here in California named Scuba Instruments. You will have to call them because I don't think ther item is listed on their website. Yes, it is awesome.:D

That is a Conshelf 1st stage and the tool is just about the same, as are the parts of the 1st stage, as were used for the Royal Aqua Master double hose reg from 1968. Some of the Aqua Lung regs sold today still use the same internal parts as the RAM. Only the seat material has changed.
