I'm taking my dry suit specialty next weekend. How much weight should I expect to put on or take off when making the conversion from a 6.5 mm wetsuit. I use 24 pounds when diving in my 6.5 mm. Any help you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated.

You need to give a little more information to the board before anyone can help. Namely what type of dry suit will you be using. Neoprene, Trilaminate ect. and what type of undergarment will you be using, if any ? You will need more weight with a Neo suit then a shell or Trilam. Bottom line is not to worry. If you are taking a dry suit specialty course, your instructor will help you get properly weighted.....................Arduous
