For general recreational use (night dive, basic penetrations) and back-up use for tech, I use an Aquatech Aquastar 5w torch.
Rated for 120m, tight beams, good for signalling, extremely long battery endurance (they quote 8 hours, but I get 2-3x that) and quite economical..

As you can see... they're also tough and take a hammering from my students too.
