How many of you use a lanyard/line to connect your video camera to your BC?

Waddup Mike, I use an arm's length nylon coated steel cable with a stainless bolt snap at each end and I clip it to my scooter d-ring(crotch). So far it hasn't gotten in the way or posed any safety issues, I also haven't been using it nearly as much as I should. My rig is slightly negative which works well for me so if needs to hang it can. I think the weakest link in the tether is rated to 150lbs which is total overkill but you know how I roll. Glad to hear you handled the situation well, if you're concerned about where to clip it off try what I do, it might work better.
