Sorry: I meant a modern triple set.

I think the last commercially available set of triples was in the 80’s, by US Divers.
A modern triple set would be home-made.
 
I made the two CGI images with the green backpack breathing sets. They are IDA71's.

I have seen/handled the triples that JMC and team used during Ocean Adventures series. If memory serves, they were custom cast all as one unit.
 
The only other triple set that could be considered modern (1974) that I know of would be the UDS-1 setup from U. S. Divers
