An hour and a half to Lake Jocassee. LDS is 15- 20min.

Takes around 30 minutes to get to LDS and aroud 40 minutes - 1hour to get to the quarry.

It's 1/4 mile to the dive shop, 1 mile to the beach, about 5 minutes if the bridge doesn't go up.

1 mile to quarry from my house
1 hour drive to my LDS
1 hour drive back to quarry :(
needz me a compressor

How far do I drive to dive? All the way to the ocean.:dork2:

My last couple of dives, I drove approximately two miles to get to the boat. The farthest I've driven was about 32 miles to get to the North Shore.

I live about 500yards from the ocean but the first dive site takes 3-5min to dive to depending on traffic.

The LDS is an hour away.
The quarry is two hours away.

There are 4 spots I dive within half an hour of our house on the "Eastern Shore" of Nova Scotia, including off our own land. They all suck. It's about 1 1/2 hrs. to the LDS and 2 1/2 hours to all the pretty good spots on St. Margaret's Bay just S.W. of Halifax. So a days' diving down there means 5 hrs. round trip.
