about 2hrs out and back to the quarry... but I don't have the proper gear for the cold ocean right down the street... lol

4 miles or about 6 minutes to my favorite shop and op on the water.
Jupiter dive center. http://jupiterdivecenter.com/

My house is about 1/4 mile from the atlantic and about 1/2 mile from the intracoastal waterway making the closest marina about 3 minutes

LDS # 1 30 Mins.
LDS # 2 25 Mins.
Frequent dive place (Manzanillo) 2 1/2 hours driving
Good dive place (Barra de Navidad) 3 hours driving and 1 on boat
Great place to dive (Puerto Vallarta) less than 4hrs driving and 40 mins. on boat
Excellent place to dive (Cozumel) 3 hours... by plane

Is good to be in México:D

When diving locally, on average how long and how far do you regularly drive to dive?

About 20 minutes/10 miles (Tygart Lake)

In the winter I have drive about 90 minutes to a heated lake (Mt. Storm) because all of the other reservoirs are drained. The state of West Virginia runs a coal-fired power plant to heat Lake Mt. Storm for scuba divers. There may be a foot of snow in the parking lot, but the water is a balmy 48 degrees in the dead of winter.

Similarly, how long does it take to get to where you get your tanks filled?

About 10 seconds (my garage)

Jealous yet?
