Curious, is nobody filtering the lights instead of the camera in video?

Why filter the lights ?

I recently experimented using LED lights with the filter on the camera on a day dive. It worked well on dark dives but I still needed to be pretty close to the subject. The old school rule of no filter when using lights seems to not apply with the newer lights that have a whiter/higher color temperature than old halogen lights.

Tropical water, 70 feet deep, dark, late in the day. Two 1500 lumen LED lights, Cine 2.7k protune, raw wb setting.
