I squat in front of the tanks. Tilt them slightly away from you and hug the tanks (they like that).
Keep your back straight....hip drive up.....and your there.
This is an easy way to lift and carry them without jacking up your back. It also work well for carrying them longer distances.
If you are wearing a short sleeve shirt, then the friction from your arms aids in locking the tanks in place. Wearing a long sleeve shirt might let the tanks slip a little bit, or a lot, depending on the fabric of the shirt.
I can easily lift bigger steel doubles this way also. Steel 95's are kind of a hassle, because they are short.
