I bought a bungee mount for my Viper Air, but I cannot get it out of the original watch strap. The problem I am having is with the pins that hold the straps on also hold the computer in. I can see the tops of the pins, but I don't see any notches for a screw driver. I have tried pushing them out with a screwdriver, but they don't budge. Is there a trick to getting them out?
Thanks,
Carrie

try using the flatest tool you can and scrape the pins down. They are basically telescoping pins that expand into the mount...there really isn't much to get....you don't really need them again unless you plan to dump the bungee....which I would/did not.

I finally got it off last night. There are some rubber flaps on the bottom that had to be lifted. Then I found that the pins could be pushed in to release the straps. I don't think I'll ever go back to the watch strap. I have almost lost my computer twice this year when the strap has come open.
