TBH, I never bothered with it. Parts for life program is not needed IMO.
As service tech, I never open my regs unless they develop some fault.
What you can do is to remove all hoses and visualy inspect for any signs of corossion inside. If everything looks clean, put hoses back and enjoy diving.

Same issue, Product manual from my new XTX regulator set direct me to the "Apeks - Technisch inspirierte Tauchausrüstung"
