I have tried the RAID website, but am having no luck. Using the “Search a RAID Store” brings up nothing in the US or Canada, or any other country I try. Is it the site, or me, lol?

Their main web site Find a Store link at Find a Store – Dive RAID International does not work, which is where I was having issues.

Yes, that was the issue I was having, as well. Thought that it might be a mobile devise issue, as I was trying it on my phone and iPad. Now we both have an answer.
Good call on the tags, they may not realize that there is an issue.
