Great day for the quarry yesterday what a turnout; it was a nice time. Darn, I lost a blue Quattro fin just over the wall at 66 ft. But heck they were old fins anyway. Still lots of artifacts to be explored.

PS to my buddies at the picnic table.
Hopefully I can find a glass scratch repair kit down there ; I should have taken the advice given to me.(secret message within).

I think You'll have to go to the quarry and dive to find out.

Now you really have to take the advice.

Yea ctmax didnt think it would make such a deep scratch hopefully it wont come out of my security deposit when I move. At first it wouldnt make any scratch and when I angled it a certain way, holy cow, I almost cut thru the window.

Well it appears that the item found in the quarry is genuine. It is small and only worth a few hundred dollars but items such as these dont have large resale value and are sold back for a fraction of what they usually cost the original buyer. I was told an unofficial quote that the value was "about a couple of 500 to 600 dollars"

And it would not be worth getting an official appraisel for since appraisal fees are usually about $75.

Drop it off at a jeweler, and ask if he wants to buy it! Good for you! What you gonna buy? .......some new fins perhaps?? :)

That sounds like a good idea Dave but at this time I have my eye on a nice new Portland Quarry polo and T-shirt.
